I couldn't have asked for a better location to enjoy my stay. The proximity to restaurants, stores, tour bus access, and spa made it so convenient. The rooms were quiet and had partial kitchens, cooktops, and microwaves, providing a comfortable stay. However, the front desk service, particularly Dee, was the worst, but the rest of the staff, especially Cindy and Peter, went above and beyond to make my stay extra special.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of all that Newport has to offer, with easy access to attractions, restaurants, and shops. The rooms were cozy and clean, overlooking the beautiful harbor and bridge. The service was top-notch, incredibly friendly and accommodating, making sure we felt completely satisfied throughout. However, there were some issues with unfulfilled promises from staff. Overall, a great experience with a few hiccups!
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The room felt like a lovely, tiny apartment with a full refrigerator, microwave, and dining table. It was not really large, but so comfortable and clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and eager to please, and they kept everything spotless. The location couldn't have been more perfect for my needs, with restaurants, stores, and easy access to tour buses all around. I did have to deal with some obnoxious guests being loud in the hallway at bedtime, which was unfortunate. Despite that, being close to all the waterfront activities, restaurants, and shopping was a real plus.
